C.Caveney Artist Profile
Cassie began doing art that was required in school. Art was not one of her favorite subjects until she was 16 when she found her love for photography. It became an escape from everything happening in the real world. She started in the darkroom before she went to France where she got the opportunity to work one on one with professional photographers. One was a man, named Peter Mullet, who photographed Twiggy and created films. Classical literature is another passion of hers that she would love to incorporate into her photography. She is currently studying Studio Arts: Photography and Classics at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Colorado has been one of her favorite places since she was a little girl. She enjoys snowboarding on the weekends. Cassie is doing everything she ever dreamed of when she was a child.
